3 slices ginger
1 cup rice
3 cups chicken stock
400g minced pork
2 century eggs cut into quarters
soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil to taste
- Boil with chicken stock and simmer 1 hour with ginger slices
- Marinate minced pork with soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
- When porridge is soft and thick add minced pork and century eggs.
