4 chicken breast



Plum tomato (fresh)

Chicken stock

Soft cream cheese (Philly)


Fry of chicken in onion + garlic

Add tomatos. Make up 400ml of stock and add to above.

Cook, drain + add pasta. Turn heat down and stir if soft cheese.

Season with salt + pepper.


You can use the flavoured soft cheeses to make a different variety 🙂 Enjoy.
