Key Ingredients


1oz sugar

1tbsp honey

6oz margerine/butter

5oz hazelnuts

7oz biscuits (digestives)

3.5tbsp cocoa powder



1. Melt and stir the sugar and honey

2. Crush the hazelnuts and biscuits with a rolling pin and stir the cocoa powder in to the pot.

3. Put mix in tin, refrigerate and pack down to form solid base.

4. Melt 8oz chocolate and top. Cool.
