750g Chocolate melted

500g Digestive Biscuits

250g Raisins

1 tbs Coconut

250g Golden Syrup

250g Cocoa powder



  1. Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin
  2. Mix into the golden syrup + cocoa powder, add the raisins + coconut
  3. Put in a baking tray and chill for 15 minutes
  4. Melt the chocolate + pour over the top
  5. Leave to chill + serve
