- Puff Pastry
- 8 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 2 table spoons cornflour
- 200 ml milk
- 300 ml double cream
- Separate the whites from the egg.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover a tart tin with the puff pastry.
- Put all the cream in the pan and cook til firm to the touch.
Use the egg whites for something else like a meringue nest or a pavlova.
